CompuMail had another exciting night at the Printing Industries of New England 2011 Awards of Excellence Competition!

We were recently notified that CompuMail has been awarded the coveted “Benny” award, the highest honor in the 2011 Premier Print Awards from the Printing Industry of America. Our entry “CompuMail Dimensional Printing Creative and File Preparation Guidelines” was created for creative professionals to help them understand the intricate file prep necessary to achieve award winning results each and every time they utilize CompuMail’s dimensional and tactile printing capabilities.

One of Connecticut’s premier hospital systems has been a long time client of ours here at CompuMail.  We have worked on a number of projects from development work to human resources recruitment campaigns. Recently we worked on a recruitment campaign for float nurses. The campaign consisted of a number of mailings that utilized not only personalization, but engaged our dimensional/tactile printing capabilities. With texture added to the side of root beer float (you could feel the moisture on the outside of the glass), one piece allowed you to feel the seams in a hot air balloon and another allowed you to feel the texture of surgical gloves.
